Got a sweet bundle deal with GPro Red 3.0 and Keycaps, customer service was really nice in communicating all the updates and providing fair resolutions (especially replacing the keycaps which were delayed). There was a little delay but that was expected with pre-orders. The board is really good and sounds amazing out of the box.

Overall 4.7/5 Experience :)
