Please Read First

  • Our Working Days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. We are closed on Weekends and Monday, and they are not counted in working days.

  • Shipping due to SLA terms, will only happens on working days.

  • Orders for Local Pickups are also applicable during working days only.

  • Working times are between 11AM and 7PM
  • We usually ship within 2-3 working days of placing the order for in stock items, Pre-Order items are shipped within 7 working days of receiving the parts from the company

  • Shipping is usually done via Bluedart and Ecom Express, Delhivery can be used if customer opts for it.

  • Orders can take upto 7 working days to deliver to the pincode
  • We Try to answer emails within 2 business days. Please send another E-Mail if you haven't heard back in a few days. It's human to miss out a few emails and I apologise for that.

  • We try to answer every query we get, but we aren't available all the time . Please use E-mail to get in touch first.

Pre-Orders?

  • Pre Orders are an effective way to get products that are otherwise not available in-stock due to limited availability and/or high price.

  • Pre Orders usually cost less than in-stock counterparts

Pre-orders are 100% Paid in advance.

  • Pre-Orders are non-refundable but refunds may be available on case-to-case basis only on our discretion

  • If a refund is granted, it will take upto 14 Business/Working days for the same to be credited.


  • If a Pre-Order cannot be fulfilled, we will send an email for cancellation.

Pre-order products can only be returned on a manufacturing/quality defect. For the same our standard policies apply.

Pre-Order pricing will usually differ from in-stock pricing for the same product.

Return Policy

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Stickeys, C-218, Nirvana Courtyard, Sector-50, Gurgaon. 1220018.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Stickeys, accessible from https://stickeys.in

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days unless the product shipping label is created. If your order contains part pre-order items its non cancellable.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 working days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

No Returns are applicable on goods unless an OEM defect takes place.
For the Following :

1. The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
2. The Goods are in the original packaging.

Please note the following orders can not be returned:
1. Goods made to your specifications and/or personalised.
2. Goods which can not be returned due to nature of supply such as fading of finish or breakage due to deterioration.
3. Orders containing goods on sale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of orders that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.

The Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.
The goods should be sent at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Keyboard Queries?

All our boards are covered under 1-Year Domestic warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Warranty Conditions:
1. The Boards should be in OEM-Spec, containing original switches and keycaps and other components.
2. No PCB Damaging tape mods should be applied.
3. No modding or electrical damage is covered.

Pre-Build Keyboards Contain:

1/ Keyboard, Switches and Keycaps.

2/ USB-C or equivalent connection cable.

3/ Switch Puller(Only on Hotswap Boards) and Keycap Puller.

Keycap, Switch and Coiled Cables Query?

1/ Keycaps are made with the highest quality finished and QC'd by us.

2/ Keycaps can only be returned in case their's an OEM finish in the defect such as pre-fading.

1/ Switches are QC'd by us and would not contain any kind of bent pins.

2/ Switches are a non-returnable product since physical damage can happen on mounting by customer.

1/ Keyboards are a QC Inspected Product.

2/ No return is applicable, only warranty claims.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer delivery through various shipping partners for which we hold sole discretion

/ Standard Shipping on all orders within 3-7 working days of receiving the order.

/ We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹2500.

-- Tracking Info
/ We will send you an email with all tracking and shipping information, once the order is packed and shipped.

If the delivery is delayed for any reason we will let your know via email and advise you on a revised delivery date.

Group-Buy Policy

Group-Buys are only confirmed on advance payment.

Group-Buys Cancellations are subject to 10% cancellation fee and can only be done so till the time the Group-Buy is live/not ended.

Group-Buy products can only be returned on a manufacturing/quality defect. For the same our standard policies apply.

1. MOQ failures can arise due to the GB not fulfilling the quantity post the end of GB-Period.
2. In such cases, we will refund the order amount within 7 working day at our discretion.

Product Specific Warranties

We provide a standard One-Year repair warranty on our in-house splits provided it is not a damage to the soldered components. If a board is faulty, we will repair it without any charges

Our General Warranty covers PCB Damage and related warranties excluding case damage, water damage and Battery Health.

Batteries are covered by 3 Month Warranty. Please note we dont provide warranty on Battery Health as its based on usage patterns but we'll be happy to do a paid repair for the same.

Accessories such as cables are not covered our warranty.
